Gîte in the heart of the Normandy bocage

A large gîte (165 m²) for 10 people (5 bedrooms) in a quiet area, it is a good plan for a group of hikers, a reunion of family or friends.
Located in the heart of the Normandy bocage, in the center of the town of Tracy-Bocage, a small, very quiet town in the Pré-Bocage, 3 km from Villers-Bocage and 30 minutes from the city center of Caen, the gîte is ideally placed to visit the main tourist places in Normandy, such as the Landing Beaches, Le Mont-Saint-Michel and other well-known places in our beautiful region!
The gîte is located in an independent house with a bright veranda and a terrace, as well as a closed car park.
The cottage is comfortable, it can accommodate up to 10 people.
It has a large bright living room with an open and functional kitchen.

On the ground floor :
- a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm)
- a lounge area with desk, television and box (free WiFi)
- a fitted kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixed fridge (freezer)
- a living room with a large rectangular table for 10 people and a round table for 5 people
- a bathroom with large shower and 2 washbasins
- a separate toilet
- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer

Upstairs :
- bedroom 1, double bed (140x190 cm)
- bedroom 2, bed 1 to 2 people (120x190 cm) + cot
- bedroom 3, double bed (140x190 cm)
- bedroom 4, double bed (140x190 cm)
- bathroom with shower (80x80 cm), vanity unit with 1 washbasin and WC

Small garden with terrace without vis-à-vis with table, garden chairs and parasol.
Barbecue with charcoal available.

The beds will be made on your arrival as well as a toilet set per person (bath towel, bath towel, guest towel and washcloth) will be made available to you.
