Gîte des Clapas – Lisa, villa avec piscine privée chauffée

We welcome you to our new gite, located in southern Ardèche, in the heart of the village of Balazuc "One of the most beautiful villages in France" and also labeled "Village of character".

Our villa has a terrace, a private heated swimming pool (from 05/13/23 to 09/30/2023), a petanque court and private parking.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning and free WiFi, it includes 2 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed and 1 140 cm bed with sheets provided) with television, 1 television in the living room, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, American fridge , induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer, 1 bathroom with Italian shower, 1 WC, 1 laundry room.
Under the terrace you can use the plancha.

In a natural and calm setting with a view of the vineyards, you can relax under the sun by swimming in the swimming pool or in the river 10 minutes away on foot and get away from it all by strolling in the calades de Balazuc, tasting an ice cream or have a drink in the various bars or restaurants of the village, while admiring the artisans' shops or passing by canoe under the Balazuc bridge...

You can also discover local producers at the market in Balazuc on Mondays at 6 p.m. during the months of July and August.

Balazuc is located 20 minutes from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, 10 minutes from Vogüé, Ruoms and Labeaume.

You will be closer to nature by strolling on foot or by bike on the Via Ardèche or by practicing tree climbing, canoeing, canyoning, caving, parachute jumping, visiting caves, etc.
