Gîte de La P'tite Maison

Come and discover Auvergne in our comfortable gîte in the heart of the Livradois-Forez regional natural park, in COURPIÈRE, 8 minutes from Thiers and 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and Ambert.

Ideal for a family, we are also PetFriendly: animals are welcome and everything is done to ensure that they are safe: the garden is perfectly enclosed, and a room in the house, in the sleeping area, is also assigned to them (comfortable sleep, towels, pulser, bowls, etc.)

The cottage is a single-storey house in the middle of a 650 m² garden and consists of a large living-dining room of 42 m² with fully equipped open kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine. espresso coffee, kettle, toaster, basic groceries…
In the center of the living room, a wood stove can heat the entire house, with, if necessary, the presence of an electric radiator in each room (wood provided and included in the rental).

We wanted to make the cottage as welcoming and cozy as possible, as we would like to find if we were in the place of its occupants: living room with comfortable seats, soft lighting, wood stove, TV with Netflix, Fiber WIFI, games board, books, comfortable bedding…

You can park the vehicle(s) in front of the gîte, the area is extremely quiet.
