La Côte-Bouille is a farm of around fifty hectares, meadows, woods, moors, and a place for market gardening on living soil ('la Poupanière').

Its gîte, the old farm house and its private garden, invites you to a relaxing stay in the countryside, to a moment of communion with nature and with yourself in all simplicity. Côte-Bouille is the ideal place for a retreat, a break... 

In addition to the different 'wild animals' (deer, foxes, lizards, bats, butterflies, etc.), which you might hear, see or see, you might see Thor, the dog, Cinnamon, the dog, and Meow, the local cat, as well as our donkey Popo, a wise woman who will listen to you, if you wish.

Our local market gardener will be able to offer you seasonal vegetables, on site or at the Jumilhac market, from July to November.

'If the weather is bad', the cottage will allow you to spend magnificent rainy days in the dry, whether in the living room, the kitchen or the bedrooms, everyone will be able to find their own little quiet corner for these rainy and happy times spent inside.

You will find shops, restaurants, cinema, aquatic center… 7km from the farm.

You can also explore the Périgord Limousin region, its heritage, its hiking trails, its diverse and varied activities...

Dogs accepted if calm and respectful of the furniture and the place.

If you use a GPS, it will take you directly to us, indicating La Côte-Bouille, 24630 Jumilhac le Grand ;)
If you don't use GPS and travel (like me ;)) the old fashioned way (with a map and asking the locals ;)), when you are on the road from Saint-Yrieix la Perche towards Chalard (or vice versa), you will take the direction of Le Pic (on the left when coming from Saint-Yrieix or on the right when arriving from Le Chalard ;)) And don't hesitate to call of course!
