Near the sea and hiking trails (GR 34): 2.5 km from Yaudet and the beach, 4.5 km from the beaches of Locquémeau, 4.5 km from the town center of Lannion, 15 km from the Pink Granite Coast (Perros -Guirec, Trégastel, etc.), 4.5 km from the center of Lannion.
From the house you can hike to the beach of Pont Roux through the woods of the castle of KERNINON.
