Large, very spacious gîte, ideal for large families or gatherings of friends

The cottage is composed
• on the ground floor :
- a large dining room with TV
- a fitted and equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, professional oven, hob, fridge - freezer)
- a large "dormitory" bedroom: composed of 2 double beds (160x200) and a bunk bed (90x200)
- 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility

• upstairs :
- 1 bedroom with a bed (160x200) + a bunk bed (90x200)
- 1 bedroom with a bed (140x200) and one of (160x200)
- 1 mezzanine with bed (140x200)

Beds made on arrival.
Free baby equipment on request (cot with a real mattress, deckchair, high chair). Notify us of your need at the time of booking.

The gîte is located in front of our dwelling house (common courtyard).

Easy access, A10 motorway exit N°25 Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine.
Located at the gates of Poitou, railway station 5 km.
45 min from Beauval Zoo and Futuroscope and 25 min from Château de Loches and Chinon.

Quiet environment, on the edge of the woods.

The cottage can accommodate up to 20 people.
Possibility of pony or horseback riding (Gîte equestrian stage label)
