Several warm, comfortable and functional spaces will be at your disposal to fully enjoy your getaway.
Surrounded by fields and forest, this house, completely renovated with all modern comforts and tastefully decorated, will allow you to meet up with friends or family to enjoy the place and relax.
The 230 m² house consists of 5 spacious bedrooms:
- a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200)
- a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), possibility of putting a cot (provided if necessary) with an adjoining bathroom
- a bedroom with a bunk bed (90x200) and a double bed with an adjoining shower room
- two bedrooms closed by a curtain on the mezzanine, each with a BZ bed
A large shared bathroom (in addition to the two bathrooms adjoining the bedrooms) is located on the first floor.
Possibility of adding up to three beds on request.
SPACES SUITABLE FOR LARGE FAMILIES OR TRIBES!
The entrance opens onto a large cathedral lounge, complete with a wood-burning stove.
The kitchen is perfectly adapted to the size of this vast house, has a functional central island and plenty of storage.
In addition, it is very well equipped: 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave and 1 traditional oven, 1 refrigerator with freezer compartments, a filter coffee maker as well as a toaster and a kettle.
The veranda will welcome you for meals around a large table or simply to enjoy the living room overlooking the garden of 760 m² of enclosed land.
The total area of the house (including veranda) is heated in winter by a heat pump.
The 760 m² garden is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
