Sauna Bike loans Bocce ball court Table tennis Piscine chauffée privéeSituated in the middle of the Saumurois vineyards, entirely independent, with a private terrace and direct but secure access to the heated swimming pool, this 70m² gite has been authentically restored and offers 2 bedrooms on the first floor, one with a 160*200 bed and a view of the vineyards and the park, the other with 2 90*190 beds and a view of the courtyard.
The bathroom is composed of an Italian shower and an old-fashioned lion's foot bathtub. It also has a toilet with an integrated seat for the little ones.
The ground floor is divided into 2 parts: a living room with a sofa bed, an open plan kitchen and a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and separate toilet. The gite can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
For relaxation, you will enjoy a large field with outdoor games: a swing, a ping-pong table and a petanque field.
You can also take advantage of the sauna (session 20€ for 1 to 2 people, bathrobes provided).

"Super week end en famille"
Accueillis chaleureusement par Marielle et Laurent, nous avons profité de notre week-end dans ce gîte tout confort. Les lieux d'intérêts touristiques sont tous accessibles à moins de 15 min de voiture et même un circuit vélo voisin entre vignes et bois ! Nous recommandons cette adresse et merci pour votre gentillesse
