Come and discover Périgord and its Sarlat region in our bright and comfortable 55 m² gîte, independently and quietly in Saint-Avit-Sénieur (48 km from Sarlat), with its church listed as a World Heritage Site. 'UNESCO. A heated swimming pool, just for you, awaits your arrival.

Halfway between the Pays des Bastides and the Dordogne Valley, you can visit our castles, our caves (in particular the caves of Lascaux) and our many Abbeys. In summer, in addition to the night markets, you will enjoy swimming in the Dordogne or discovering it in a barge or canoe.

Near La Roque-Gageac, Sarlat and Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, you can also go on long hikes or visit the Museum of Prehistory.

Cottage for 2/3 people with:
- A dining-living room: sofa, armchair, television.
- An independent fitted kitchen: hob, kitchen utensils, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster, iron.
- A bedroom upstairs: a 160x200 double bed and a wardrobe, a 120x160 single bed located on the ground floor:
- A bathroom: shower, vanity unit, hairdryer and WC.

Outside: a private terrace facing the swimming pool facing south with 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 parasol, deckchairs and 1 barbecue.
