Old barn tastefully renovated, which perfectly combines the authentic and the modern, with a magnificent exposed framework and Quercy stone walls.
Renovated a year ago, this building will meet your expectations if you are looking for peace and quiet. Its wooden terrace on stilts in the middle of the oak trees will allow you to relax with a breathtaking view of the valley where local fauna abounds.
You can then relax in the private heated 9 x 4 m swimming pool equipped with a SPA, as well as on the pétanque court.
Children will also be able to enjoy the large play area available to them.
Hikes and walks are possible from the gîte.

The house is fully equipped and has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower.
A billiards table is also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer are also present.
