Chalet "La Paill'hote"
At an altitude of 700 m, within the Livradois-Forez regional natural park, this charming chalet, located 2 km from the town of LA CHAPELLE-AGNON (63590) is an ideal place to spend a stay in peace and quiet.
With AMBERT a sub-prefecture of Puy-de-Dôme at 17 km, CLERMONT-FERRAND at 65 km and the proximity of the ski resorts LES PRADEAUX at 30 km, CHALMAZEL at 35 km you will be able to benefit from all the advantages of nature (hikes, bike rides, spring fishing in the La Dore river, swimming in the surrounding bodies of water in the summer, mushroom picking in the fall or skiing in the winter, lighted pétanque court, etc.) as well as enjoy a breathtaking view of the Forez mountains (Pierre-sur-Haute) and its surrounding villages illuminated at night.
You can also admire the magnificent sunrise behind the Forez mountains over a sea of mist covering the Dore valley which gives the impression of being on a huge cloud.

The chalet is equipped as follows:
- 1 kitchen/living room including fridge/freezer, 4-burner hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave. The furniture also includes a round table and 4 chairs (plus 4 folding chairs), 1 sofa bed, 1 coffee table and a television
- 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 wardrobe
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds
- 1 bathroom with sink and shower cubicle
- 1 toilet
- 1 cellar with washing machine and hot water tank
- 1 garden furniture

Weekly rentals are per week from Saturday 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to Saturday 10:00 a.m.
Possibility to rent for 1 “discovery weekend” during the off-peak period from Friday 5:00 p.m. to Sunday 8:00 p.m.
Sheets not provided, duvets provided.

When booking a DEPOSIT (50% of the cost of the stay) will be requested for confirmation.

A FEW DETAILS to FACILITATE your ARRIVAL at CHALET "La PAILL'HÔTE"
Following the remarks of our guests, concerning the access route to our chalet "La Paill'hôte", the GPS not recognizing the right road, I would like to provide you with the following details so that you can more easily access your vacation spot, namely:

1
- ARRIVAL by COURPIÈRE in the direction of AMBERT (D 906):
- CROSS THE WHOLE village of OLLIERGUES and continue on the D906 still in the direction of AMBERT
- at a place called PONT de DAVID about 6 km away, turn right on the D 267 towards LA CHAPELLE-AGNON
- drive for 3.3 km and take the path on the right towards CHABANNE (place where the chalet is located)
Remark :
This is the path to the right after the house at the blue barrier.
- go 100 m and turn left towards CHABANNE
- continue on the path for 350 m and turn right
- more than 250 m and you are at the place of your vacation.

- ARRIVAL by CUNLHAT (D 65):
- CROSS the village of La CHAPELLE-AGNON and take the D 267 at the bottom of the straight line to the left in the direction of VERTOLAYE
- cross the village and drive about 2 Kms and take the path on the left in the direction of CHABANNE (place where the chalet is located)
Remark :
It's the path on the left before the house at the blue barrier
- go 100 m and turn left towards CHABANNE
- continue on the path for 350 m and turn right
- more than 250 m and you are at the place of your vacation

- ARRIVAL by AMBERT towards COURPIERE (D 906):
- CROSS the village of VERTOLAYE and continue on the D 906 still in the direction of COURPIERE.
- at a place called PONT de DAVID, about 4.5 km away, turn left on the D 267 towards LA CHAPELLE-AGNON.
- drive for 3.3 km and take the path on the right towards CHABANNE (place where the chalet is located)
Remark :
This is the path to the right after the house at the blue barrier.
- go 100 m and turn left towards CHABANNE
- continue on the path for 350 m and turn right
- more than 250 m and you are at the place of your vacation
