Our private property is located on a hill at the end of a dead end.

In this peacefull place, you will be able to the large saltwater pool, the 8000m2 garden and the impressive panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and forests. On clear days, the Pyrenees will also be visible.
A beautiful hike of about 10 km is accessible from a trail located along the property.
Our villa stands in the village of Carlus, 6 minutes far from Albi. Albi has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2010, thanks to its Cathedral of Saint Cecilia (the largest brick cathedral in the world).
In the ground floor of our villa, our cottage (100 m2) can accommodate 6 people (4 adults and 2 children).
Its independent entrance is accessible via a large private terrace. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large living room with TV, an Italian shower and 3 bedrooms. The cottage is equipped with a ventilation system (the rooms remain cool during hot days).
The rooms:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm)
- 1 bedroom with two single boxspring beds (90x200 cm)
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) and a dressing room
The kitchen: oven, dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, coffee machines (filter and capsules), fridge with freezer.
The bathroom: large Italian shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.
The villa has a large saltwater pool of 12.5m x 5.5m and a depth of 1.40m to 2.00m.
Nearby is the village’s bakery (2 min) and an Intermarché (4 min).
Our tenants will be concerned about the calm and serenity of the property.
Smoking in the residence and bringing pets are not allowed.
