Located at the gates of Brantôme, the gîte welcomes you in a calm and elegant environment, close to many sites to visit and discover.
Carefully restored, the cottage offers you all the comfort and tranquility for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Périgord Vert.

• On the ground floor :
A large living room of 35 m² opening onto the sunny terrace, open kitchen, living room with television and wood stove.
Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette set and fondue set.

• Mid-floor:
Separate toilets
Laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, sled vacuum cleaner and broom vacuum cleaner)

• Upstairs :
A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the 2 double bedrooms and the bathroom
Bedroom 1: double bed 160x200, wardrobe, television
Bedroom 2: double bed 140x190, mezzanine with a single bed 90x190 (milling ladder to access suitable for children over 7 years old), storage
Bathroom: walk-in shower, single washbasin, hair dryer and WC

• Outside :
Patio with jacuzzi (heating + whirlpool) for 3 people (bathrobes provided)

Private car park with 2 parking spaces

Lovers of calm and beautiful spaces will appreciate its layout, its sunny terrace and its openness to nature.
Thanks to its freestone walls, the house remains cool in summer, its well-oriented openings give it a beautiful light all day long.

For the reception of the little ones, we provide you with suitable equipment (BPA-free plastic dishes, travel cot, high chair).

Clean and educated pets are welcome, they remain under your responsibility and we ask you for a supplement of 30 € for their stay.

In high season, our cottages are rented for a minimum of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday
In low season, stays are 3 nights minimum

Arrivals are from 5 p.m., with the possibility of arriving independently
On the day of departure, the gîte must be vacated before 10 am.
