Located in Die, 2 km from the city center, offering a panoramic view of the Vercors and the Drôme valley, the land now has terraces bordered by imposing dry stone walls, all on the edge of the forest.
The setting is calm and you will find many cultural, sports and leisure activities for the whole family nearby.
Cottage with a capacity of 15 people, sleeping is divided into four bedrooms with 2 to 5 beds, plus a cabin mezzanine with a miller's ladder.
Collective kitchen and large dining room where you can take your digestive nap in a large net above a 100 m² living room equipped with sofas and a wood stove for the winter.
Dry toilets, shower and bathtub.
