The house is attached to the owner's house, but you will only have to share the entrance to the domain. Indeed it is most often held on another part of the garden invisible and inaccessible from the rented cottage.

Your gite is therefore without vis-à-vis.
The whole is completely fenced, and an electric gate gives access to it.
You benefit from a small terrace with table, chairs, and a plancha.
You are 500 m from the lake of Finfarine around which you can take magnificent walks while observing many birds.
Port Bourgenay is 11 km away. The very beautiful beach of Veillon at 12 km. You can enjoy swimming (supervised), water sports, golf games. Or simply the very beautiful course of the coastal path.
If tasting oysters appeals to you, be sure to go to La Guittière (10 km), a village of oyster farmers who will introduce you to Talmont oysters.

"Gîte reposant bien fleuri"
Très bon accueil, gîte très propre avec tout l’équipement nécessaire pour une bonne qualité de vie dans la plus grande discrétion avec les meilleures informations sur les lieux les plus proches à visiter, les plages, les châteaux etc… (Manuel descriptif réalisé par la propriétaire Françoise LANGEVIEN). Le petit plus, abris de voiture et terrain clos très bien aménagé avec de multiples plantations de verdure et de fleurs au rendez-vous. A Saint Vincent sur Jard, plage du Goulet c’est top et de plus le parking est gratuit cela aide pour passer de bonnes vacances ! C’était notre plage préférée à 11 km du Gîte….
