Independent cottage located on the first floor of a terraced house, but not vis-à-vis.
Garden shed for bicycles if needed; Canadian type garden, with barbecue, car location, all on a closed ground of 600 m².
Sleeps 2 to 5 people: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 closed living room with sofa bed 2 people, sofa bed 1 person. Disposable cot, pushchair, high chair.
Large enough kitchen well equipped, except dishwasher.
Shower room, washbasin, bath with shower. Washing machine. Separate WC.
Convector and electric water heater. Fireplace. Small balcony at the living room.
Various shops in the village along the Loire. Medical practice, nurse, pharmacist.
Loire by bike, boat ride, hot air balloons.
Miscellaneous: WiFi, loan of bicycles with deposit. Access possible toboggan, swing (under the responsibility of parents).
