The house is located next to Gourdon village, in Lot department (46) near Dordogne valley.
The cottage is fully equipped and maintained, perfect to welcome a group up to 15 guests.
It is labellised 3 stars for 12 guests (« Meublé de Tourisme » French label)
Private 200 m² house in a quiet place next to the forest. A fenced garden of 1500 m². A 60 m² pool with terrace.
Ground floor: stay and dining space (couch, TV and wi-fi), kitchen with access to outside terrace, tables and barbecues. riddance, toilets, a 2-pax room.
First floor: four 2-pax bedrooms, one 4-pax bedroom, 2 bathroom/toilets, access to a large balcony with view on the pool& garden.
On site you have pool, barbecue, deckchairs, umbrellas, games. Secured car park, bicycle garage.
Nearby you will find many villages and historic sites and monuments, caves, natural sites, walk and bicycle paths, restaurants, swimming, festivals, outdoors activities, and so on.
5-min drive to Gourdon Village that has all amenities.
Our own personal house is just nearby, please feel free to ask us whenever needed.

Before your departure, a basic cleaning is required of you: remove the sheets, take out the garbage cans, sweep the floor and sponge the kitchen area, clean and put away the dishes, ventilate the rooms. The full cleaning fee for the gîte is compulsory (90 to 130€ depending on length of stay and season).
RULES
You are asked to respect the place entrusted to you during your stay.
Non-smoking interior.
No parties, noise or disrespectful behavior please: we live next door and we work during the day!
A security deposit of 900 € will be requested upon entering the premises.
You will also be asked for proof of civil liability insurance.
