On the ground floor : bright living room opening onto terrace and garden ; equipped kitchen open to living room with combi oven, hotplates, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker.
Upstairs : bedroom with double bed (160x200), living room with double sofa bed (140x200), shower room with toilet.
Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and 2nd refrigerator available in the owner's room.
Bed linen and towels are provided
5 bicycles are available free of charge (including 2 electric bicycles)
The cottage has no wifi access or television. 4G internet access.

"Joli gite"
Joli gite ou rien ne manque, bien situé à 2 pas du centre et du lac, ou nous avons passé une super semaine avec la piscine qui est un vrai plus. Merci pour votre chaleureux accueil, à recommander.

Yves et son épouse sont des locataires charmants au contact facile. Ils ont été parfaitement respectueux du gîte qu'ils ont laissé très propre. Leurs 2 chiens n'ont posé aucun problème. N'hésitez pas à les accueillir.

"Parfait"
Séjour d'une semaine entre amis. Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cette région montagneuse. À quelques pas du lac d'Annecy. Jolie maison confortable et bien équipée. Hôte accueillant et bienveillant. Nous conseillons sans aucun problème. Merci à vous.
