Leave the car behind, because here you are close to the “Chemin des Remparts” which takes you less than 10 minutes on foot to the heart of the village with its market, to the port with its restaurants and artists' cabins, to the sunny beach and the cycle paths available to you to explore the entire island of Oléron!
Carefully furnished, Échauguette is a listed gîte with a seaside holiday atmosphere, featuring a 30m² patio with barbecue dining area, and relaxation area with deckchairs. At the entrance to the gîte, you will also have a private reception garden with storage for bicycles.
Échauguette has two levels; on the ground floor: a living room with a lounge (TV), a dining area, an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.) and a bathroom water.
Upstairs, you will embark, like on a boat, in two attic sleeping areas separated by a blackout curtain. The kids love it! The master bedroom has a 160x200 bed with bedside storage. The second bedroom offers two 90x190 beds with bedside tables, shelves and chest of drawers.

"Logement bien situé"
Le logement est bien situé proche du port et du centre ville et dispose d'une terrasse privative agréable. Un peu moins d'affiches de consignes dans le logement rendrait le lieu plus sympa.
Une remarque concernant l'annonce pour que le point ménage soit plus compréhensible : soit le ménage est inclus comme indiqué et le locataire n'a rien à faire (si ce n'est bien sûr laisser le logement dans un état correct), soit il faut laisser le logement comme on l'a trouvé et dans ce cas le ménage n'est pas inclus et doit être fait par le locataire. La fiche ménage hyper détaillée dans le classeur laisse pencher pour ménage non inclus.
NB pour la note WiFi nous avons été avertis après la validation de la location qu'il n'y aurait pas de WiFi mais nous avons accepté de conserver la location en connaissance de cause. A voir le délai de rétablissement.

Les clients de gites. fr bénéficient d une réduction de 10% par rapport aux autres sites aussi laisser les lieux dans l état d arrivée ne me semble pas être une injonction.

Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires très soucieux de notre bien être. Coquette petite maison meublée avec goût et très bien équipée. Parfait pour un séjour découverte de l'île. A recommander !
