You have a large bathroom with Italian shower and 2 washbasin cabinets. A separate toilet completes this level.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 140 beds including a family room with a bunk bed of 140 downstairs and 90 upstairs. A second bathroom with WC and Italian shower.
You have direct access to the private garden which has a terrace and a petanque court.
To facilitate the reception of families with babies, we have equipped the accommodation with an umbrella bed, a booster seat and a changing table with bathtub.

Along the river, you are next to 2 free car parks, shops (bakery just opposite), the municipal swimming pool (open during the summer season), cinema, public gardens.
Tence is ideally located as it is close to Chambon-sur-Lignon (high place of memory), at the gates of the Ardèche (Saint-Agrève is 20 min by car), from the Peaugres zoo at 1 hour. Le Mézenc, for cross-country and downhill skiing enthusiasts, is 40 mins away.
Le Puy-en-Velay, an unmissable town in Haute-Loire, is an hour's drive away, Firminy (Le Corbusier) 40 minutes away and Lyon 1 hour 30 minutes away.
For hiking enthusiasts, many marked trails are in place in the area.
For fishing enthusiasts, the Lignon is 5 minutes from the apartment, and the Bathalane pond 10 minutes.
2 bodies of water are nearby: the Lavalette dam and its sailing base and the Devesset lake.
A closed room is available to store bicycles.

"Gîte très agréable entre amis ou famille"
Gite très propre, accueil chaleureux et lieu sans bruit pourtant dans le centre de Tence.
Nous étions 5 amis pour faire du vélo et nous avons passés un super week-end avec possibilité de rentrer les vélos.

"Maison sur 3 étages tout équipé"
Nous étions 9 dans ce logement dont 5 enfants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Cette maison de village sur 3étages est entièrement équipée et tres agréable. Le village est animé et le logement proche de toutes commodités. Commerces boulangerie (en face) pharmacie etc. Les hôtes sont disponibles, la propreté irréprochable et les petites attentions très appréciable.
