The surface of the house is 60 m², it is bright with beautiful volumes.
It includes a landscaped garden of 100 m² without vis-à-vis and a large south-facing terrace equipped with a canopy, a barbecue and comfortable garden furniture (2 tables, 5 seats and 2 deckchairs with cushions) .
On the ground floor it comprises:
- living room and dining room with equipped American kitchen (mixed oven, hotplates, dishwasher ...) opening by two big bays on the terrace
- a bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 coupled, a large closet and a French window opening onto the terrace
- a large bathroom
- separate WC with a hand basin and washing machine
- a large closet

"Un endroit où il fait bon vivre !"
Jolie petite maison pour quatre personne quand même, dans un endroit calme et néanmoins proche des commerces (marché tous les jours à 500 mètres environ. La mer n'est pas beaucoup plus loin. Beaucoup de plages très accessibles. Je recommande.
