Please note that Visa debit cards cannot be used to guarantee the reservations as the card cannot be processed without the actual card being present. You will be required to provide a copy/photo of the front and back of the credit card as well as a copy of your ID or drivers license for all manual credit card transactions.

"Please note a 50% deposit of the total booking fee is required 24 hours after making a booking. We would like to emphasise that we are a provider of strictly family friendly holiday accommodation, and we do not allow the following in any of our properties:

• Parties / events / services
• Overcrowding (The maximum number of persons occupying the unit at all times must not exceed the number of beds.)
• Drunken disorderly behaviour
• Noise Disturbance / loud music
• No Matric Rage bookings

All of which can be found in our Terms and Conditions of Letting and booking restrictions which will be emailed to you as soon as you have confirmed your booking and send us your details.
