Private pool PlaygroundFormer Magnanerie farm, under the old village of La Laupie in which we have created 3 colorful and cheerful gîtes on the 2 hectare estate: ideal for families, playground: trampoline, slide, swings; these 3 gîtes are very independent, autonomous buildings, with private garden, designed for family customers (we do not take groups)

Downstairs, living room with 90 cm extra bed.
You can take full advantage of the 2 hectares and even beyond, go on foot, 10 minutes away, visit the old hilltop village of La Laupie with its panoramic view of the Valdaine plain (seen in Des Racines et des Ailes) or do your shopping in the village located 500 meters away, there is a bakery and a store of local organic producers: wine, vegetables, meat, trout, delicious cheeses...

Free cancellation up to 2 months before arrival date
Depending on the season, the cancellation conditions are different, for July August reservations, we can cancel 2 months before, or if you have a problem, we can discuss it and put it back to the rental without penalty for the lessor, I take 2 months to avoid multiple comfort rentals, which block dates and prevent people from renting. Otherwise, we are civilized and open to discussion.

The beds are ready on arrival, for greater comfort, towels are optional: €6 per set (1 large and 1 small towel), you can request them on site, we live in part of the estate.
