The part reserved for you has an area of 90 m², located in the west wing with terrace without vis-à-vis and quiet facing south-west.
Overlooking a green private garden many windows give it a lot of light.
Covering an area of 90 m², the accommodation includes:
• on the ground floor: a large warm, bright room of 54 m², including 1 living room with 1 sofa and 2 armchairs, large screen TV and a fully equipped open kitchen with its dining area.
Heating by lava stone radiators which diffuse a gentle heat.
• upstairs: a large 45 m² bedroom that can accommodate 1 to 4 people with 2 double beds (160x200) each.
An adjoining bathroom with shower cabin, massage jets and toilets.
Sheets, towels, pillowcases and bath mats are provided.
To relax, a shaded terrace in summer with garden furniture, deckchairs, table and chairs for your meals.
Without vis-à-vis and very calm.
Private parking.
Cleaning will be done by you before departure:
- empty the dishwasher, clean the fridge, the microwave, the hob
- clean the shower, the toilets, remove the sheets
- vacuuming and throwing out the trash
If you do not want to do the cleaning, a cleaning fee of € is offered to you. To be specified when booking.

The house is located:
- 3 km from the exit of the expressway linking Toulouse to Andorra
- 4 km from Varilhes (local shops)
- 8 km from Foix (medieval castle)
- 10 km from Pamiers
- 40-50 minutes from Toulouse
- about 1 hour from the ski resorts

Quel MAGNIFIQUE séjour dans le superbe chalet d'Annie, à son image: chaleureux!
La maison est remarquablement bien équipée, très propre, spacieuse, décorée avec gout, la literie est excellente. on s'y sent fabuleusement bien ! tout est pensé pour le confort et le bien être des voyageurs. L'environnement est apaisant et ressourçant.
idéalement situé pour les amateurs de nature et de ballades.
Annie est très gentille, très accessible, aux petits soins, tout en étant d'une incroyable discrétion et de bons conseils pour découvrir la région.
