Just 25 minutes from the coast, explore the beaches, islands and salt marshes of La Vendee, enjoy nearby cycle paths and walks, or discover the local restaurants, fish and produce markets and vineyards. Spend the evening at a traditional village fete or listen to live music. With children, visit the Puys du Fou, highropes park and aquariums.
You can also venture further and spend a day in La Rochelle or Nantes.
The house is 98m2 on two floors. Downstairs is open plan, light and airy. There is a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining areas. A terrace runs on the side of the house. There is a separate WC with wash basin.
Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms. One has a king size bed and the other two have doubles. The bathroom is newly renovated and there is a separate toilet.
The house has a private carport
