Xabi and the children are delighted to present their house to you: La Petite Vallée.

An old renovated barn, it is located 1.5 km from the village of Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin, in the Périgord Noir.

Village of around 1600 inhabitants, located on the Périgueux-Sarlat axis, Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin is an ideal base for visiting the most beautiful sites of Périgord.

While being close to all amenities (supermarket, collection point, service station, hairdressers, bars, restaurants, post office, Sunday market, etc.), our house benefits from a peaceful atmosphere, in the middle of its 5 hectares of land mainly wooded with a very pretty view.

Another gîte is located on the same land, but the 2 houses are separate (wall and gate).

The house consists of:
Upstairs: a large kitchen and a living/dining room and office with WiFi internet access (computer not provided). flat screen TV
Large shaded terrace (brande), breathtaking view of the valley, with garden furniture.
A laundry room with washing machine and WC

On the ground floor, 4 bedrooms:
- 1 with 1 140 cm bed and bathroom (shower) + WC + bidet. Independent entrance.
- 1 spacious with 1 160 cm electric bed. Access to the ground floor terrace.
- 2 children's bedrooms each with 2 90 cm beds.
A bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.

Bed linen, towels, shower mats, kitchen towels provided on request (€15/double bed and €10/single bed)
