Beautiful, comfortable and cozy house, located in a charming, typical, rural village in the heart of the Fontainebleau forest. Ideally located in a small quiet street leading directly into the woods. You will enjoy the tranquility of the village and the greenery, far from the bustle of big cities. Many hiking trails are accessible on foot from the house and you will have access to all essential shops within 3 minutes by car.

House of character, 80 m², completely renovated, consisting of two comfortable and bright rooms, located respectively on the 1st and 2nd floor.
On the ground floor, you can enjoy a cozy stay with the possibility of heating yourself with a friendly wood stove. The living room is adjoining an American kitchen, equipped and functional.
The charming bathroom and a separate toilet are also located on the ground floor. The comfortable bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub and a beautiful walk-in shower.

For your breakfasts or barbecues, you can enjoy a charming little private courtyard where I have placed a garden table and chairs at your disposal.
And to relax in the sun, you will appreciate the pretty terrace located on the first floor.

The accommodation is located in Recloses which is a charming village, very quiet and bucolic, in the heart of the Fontainebleau forest, with an absolutely delicious little bakery that works only with organic products.
All essential shops are accessible in 3 minutes by car in the neighboring village, Ury (as well as access to the A6 motorway).
The nearest supermarket (B1) is a 5-minute drive away, direction La Chapelle-la-Reine.
The city of Fontainebleau is only 10 minutes away by car.
Many activities are practicable such as hiking and rock climbing, horse-riding and equestrian events (Le Grand Parquet, 10 min), canoeing on the Loing, tourism in the towns of Fontainebleau famous for its magnificent castle or Barbizon , the famous city of painters.

The nearest station is located in Bourron-Marlotte (8 min by car) or in Fontainebleau (10 min and possibility of having taxis).
There is also a bus service to Recloses itself, to be taken from one of the places in Recloses (the Place du Pilori) where the bakery is also located.
Access to the A6 motorway is only 3 minutes away (direction Ury).
