A beautifully converted detached barn with 6 bedrooms
The gîte is located in beautiful, tranquil countryside with stunning views over the rural Charentais landscape and yet only 5 minutes from the town of Montmoreau Saint Cybard and 30 minutes from the charming town of Angoulême.
There is a large terrace with a covered section which is perfect for eating, drinking and BBQ. There is a private 10m x 5m swimming pool and a sunny wooden terrace. A large garden with lovely countryside walks and parking.
This spacious and airy property includes the following features.
An entrance hall, a large well-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas with a large wood stove for heating in winter. TV and Wifi.
There is a bedroom downstairs with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate WC.
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and has an attached bathroom. The third bedroom has three single beds. The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds and the 5th bedroom has three single beds for children. A baby cot can be provided on request.
There is a large family bathroom with exposed oak beams with bath, WC, separate shower and basin.
