In case of cancellation by the tenant:
- 30 days before arrival, the owner pays the entire deposit to the tenant
- 29 days to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit remains with the owner
- 14 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit remains with the owner
- 2 days before arrival in the premises, the deposit remains with the owner, and the balance of the amount of the stay is fully due by the tenant. If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract is canceled and the owner can dispose of his rental.
If it is impossible to go to the place of rental due to the regulatory provisions put in place by the State to fight against the pandemic linked to COVID 19 (confinement, isolation, travel ban), the owner undertakes to reimburse the deposit already paid
In the event of cancellation by the owner, the latter pays the tenant all the sums paid.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gite avec toutes ces commodités. Séjour en famille 6 adultes et 3 enfants en bas âges
L'accueil est très chaleureux avec une délicate intention pour les arrivants (petit panier de spécialités Alsacienne)

"Super gite et séjour"
Nous avons passé un super week-end en famille (6 adultes et 4 enfants). Le gîte est spacieux, fonctionnel, bien équipé, très propre et bien décoré. La rue sans issue assure beaucoup de calme et de tranquillité. Le petit cadeau de bienvenue est très gentil, et la propriétaire est très à l'écoute. En conclusion, très agréable séjour dans un gîte au top !👍👍 Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte. Famille PREDINE.

"très bon séjour"
le gîte correspondant à la description, il est très bien équipé, confortable et se situe dans une zone très calme. La propriétaire est très sympa et fait tout pour que le séjour se passe bien. Bref, un séjour très agréable dans une très belle région, nous reviendrons.

"Super Séjour"
Nous avons passé 4 nuits en semaine très agréable ; couples d'amis avec chacun une très belle chambre, un ami seul avait lui aussi une très belle chambre. la literie est super, la cuisine bien équipée et la rue sans issue limite la circulation donc nuits tranquilles. Nous étions venus pour les extraordinaires marchés de Noel et le soir nous étions tous heureux de retrouver notre gite après les marchés pour notre diner. Que du bonheur

"Voyage reposant en Alsace"
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce gîte. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, le confort de la literie, le bon aménagement des pièces, la terrasse très conviviale. Bref, tout était parfait. Petite suggestion tout de même, un parasol plus grand serait parfait pour la taille de la terrasse. Celui qui était là était petit sous grosse chaleur. Je recommande !
