Here you can do everything on foot, you are 500 meters from Fogeo beach, the sailing club, Mickey club, pony club, the port, shops... tennis courts, mini golf... everything for a holiday in family.
You will find a bedroom with a 140 cm mezzanine bed, and a 90 cm bed below, a living room with kitchen area, a sofa bed, and on the terrace side a boat cabin type bedroom with 140 cm bed.
A bathroom with toilet and shower.
In the shared building with a 2nd apartment that can accommodate 4 people, you have access to a washing machine and freezer.

"Tout près de la mer"
Appartement très agréable, clair , fonctionnel. La terrasse est très appréciée.
On se retrouve sur une belle plage en quelques minutes à pied.
Le port est tout près avec ses commerces, ses restaurants, et pour de petites balades à toute heure.
La presqu'île offre de nombreux sites à visiter, des circuits de randonnée pédestre, des pistes cyclables, des plages...
