Lovely, very cozy apartment of approximately 50 m², designed for 2 people for a relaxing and relaxing stay in the peace and quiet of the countryside but close to the sea and Mont Saint Michel.

The accommodation is located on an estate made up of the owners' house and a set of 5 holiday accommodations for 2 people intended for seasonal rental (only 2 are available for rental at the moment, the 3rd will be available from July) on 3.5 hectares of land with trees and 2 ponds (under rehabilitation)

The estate was purchased in April 2023 and everything is not yet fully rehabilitated but 3 accommodations have been recently renovated with attention to detail for a pleasant stay.

The Loft Romeline is an apartment comprising a large living room opening onto a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with balcony which allows you to eat outside and overlooks a pretty garden. It also has a separate bedroom and a shower room with WC.
It is on the 1st floor without elevator.

It benefits from access to the garden shared between the accommodations with garden table, barbecue and deckchair and parasol.

The area is equipped with a jacuzzi, access to which is by reservation in 45-minute slots (one slot per day is included in the price, additional slots must be paid at an additional cost of €5 per person). Book as soon as you arrive to find out what slots are available)

A massage room is currently being developed and should be ready as of July
