Gîte "L'Acoué" - meublé confortable plain-pied (2 à 4 p.)

Our “L'Acoué” gîte, on one level, is fitted out for 2 to 4 people on 50 m².
(the floor will be equipped later, with two bedrooms)
In the Nivernais dialect, “acoué” designates shelter.
We have chosen to rehabilitate a shelter once intended for animals, taking care to preserve the authenticity of the place.

Inside the gîte, on one level:
- a living room - with its lounge area ("Rapido" convertible sofa in 140 - easy opening and the bed remains made; 3 armchairs, nesting tables, television), and, facing the bay window, its dining area with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, etc.)
- a bedroom – a 140 bed, fitted cupboard, bedside tables, end of bed furniture
- a bathroom - sink and shower
- a separate WC

Outside: from the living room there is direct access through the bay window to a large terrace facing south, where you can relax (garden furniture, awning, electric barbecue); closed ground.

You will be very quiet, 5 km from La Charité-sur-Loire, in the heart of the Pays Charitois, close to the village of RAVEAU, in the hamlet of Bertigneaux.
At the edge of the Bertranges national forest, on the way to Santiago de Compostela, lovers of nature, culture, history or gastronomy will enjoy this comfortable and warm accommodation.
The forest, the Loire, the neighboring historic towns (La Charité-sur-Loire, Nevers, Bourges, etc.), the Morvan, etc. offer leisure and relaxation; there is no shortage of tourist circuits to discover the rich heritage of Nièvre and neighboring departments (Yonne, Côte d'Or, Saône-et-Loire, Allier, Cher, Loiret).
Sancerre, Chavignol, Pouilly-sur-Loire, Briare, Gien, Guédelon, Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye, Vézelay, Magny-Cours… and many other sites will pleasantly surprise you!

2 km from the gîte are the village, the school, the Romanesque church, the town hall, the multipurpose hall, the post office, the bakery/pastry shop.
From the last Sunday of March and every last Sunday of the month (until October inclusive) there is a market, with various activities, where you will enjoy discovering regional producers.
5 km away, in La Charité-sur-Loire, you will find all the shops and supermarkets, with fuel, a weekly market on Saturday morning, also restaurants, a tourist office, a swimming pool, a cinema, a library...
