It is a detached house (former farm) with land and riverside located in Monastier-sur-Gazeille (5 mins) and 15 mins from Estables (bars and restaurants), 20 mins from Brives Charensac (all shops) and 25 mins from Puy-en-Velay. It is outside the village center, in a very quiet little hamlet.

Summer: all types of hiking (hiking, mountain biking), GR 70 Stevenson path, swimming in lakes and rivers (Plan d'eau in Coubon, Le Moulin de Savin, Les Planchas in Laussonne, Issarles lake, Beaume waterfall), climbing sites, paragliding, tree climbing, bungee jumping, horse riding, lugik park etc...
Himalayan footbridge at Grazac / St Maurice de Lignon (about 45 minutes from Monastier) + liberty cable at the Recoumène viaduct.

Garage and exterior: stock of wood, washing machine and new clothesline (+ 1 outside), outdoor summer tables with chairs, parasols (1 large new one), 2 deckchairs (new), barbecue (new).
New: a badminton game, a mini ping-pong table, molky game.
Bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds (1 new bed), 1 bedroom with single bed and 1 cot (+ 1 extra bed also available)
Mezzanine with sofa, various games and library.
The little extras: a cooler is available to you, a sandbox for the children, an emergency health kit. In the kitchen, the 'basic' is on site and self-service!
Homemade jams and fruit juices from our farm are on direct sale (garage shelf)
Shops: in the villages of Monastier and Estables: pharmacy, bakery, butcher, minimarket, supermarket, souvenir and farm produce shop, restaurants, cafes...
