Located in Montreuil, a small hamlet, south of Fontenay le Comte, the gite offers you the choice of many beautiful attractions locally, including La Rochelle (45 minutes away), the Ile de Re (1 hour away), the Poitevin marshes with traditional marshland villages and piers bordering the waterways. Also popular with visitors is Nantes, with its fabulous gallery of mechanical machines including the great elephant at ‘Les machines de.
The gite has a large 10m x 5m swimming pool with loungers, which is a great place to relax after a busy day at one of the 2 nearby theme parks ‘Le Puy du Fou’ (a historical theme park where you can enjoy an unforgettable journey through time), and ‘Futuroscope’ (a multimedia, cinematographic, and audiovisual attraction which has several 3D cinemas and a few 4D cinemas along with other attractions and shows).
The Gite has 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor opposite a shower room, the further 3 are situated along the first floor with 2 further bathrooms, which makes it a great place to stay with friends and family.
Enjoy eating al fresco in the attractive garden with lots of space and tables and chairs for eating meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen.
