Welcome to our house ;-)

The villa is located in a private domain in the hinterland of Grasse 30 minutes from Cannes and Antibes with a beautiful open view of the sea and the mountains.
You will appreciate it for the beautiful interior and exterior spaces, and the refined atmosphere of the place, as well as for the proximity of shops, restaurants, a market and tourist sites.

The house is nicely furnished in a chic and 'vintage' spirit.
Well equipped, it consists of: three bedrooms, the living room, the two bathrooms, the two toilets, the entrance and the kitchen.
From the large shaded terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the mountains.
The terrace is large and allows you to take meals, to rest there, and to make barbecues. Two of the bedrooms open directly onto this terrace.
Access to the very flowery garden of 2200 m² is on one level from the north entrance of the house with several shaded relaxation areas and a ping-pong table.

You have access to the entire upper level of the house except the tower.
Under the terrace, there is a small completely independent accommodation (also for rent).

The house has been restored with healthy materials.
The garden and the vegetable patch are cultivated organically. There is a great floral variety for nature lovers.
In addition, the accommodation is suitable for animals, subject to conditions. Please let me know in advance.
