In a beautiful private garden, 3 historic farmhouse buildings:
- 1 independent gîte for 4/5 people
- 2 independent bedrooms for 2 people each
- 1 large common living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining room and small living room

This advert covers the self-catering gîte, which can accommodate up to 4 adults and a child under 10 years old.

Quiet and "in the green", you can relax after a day at Futuroscope, enjoying the garden and its sofas, the cool and pleasant rooms (beams, exposed stones, etc.).

Access to the accommodation is via a secure key box. A personal code will allow you to arrive independently from 5 p.m.

Gite equipment:
- Private entrance with key
- on the ground floor: a bench that can be transformed into 1 comfortable double bed, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator that can operate independently or with the large adjacent common room, a television
- on the 1st floor: 2 90cm beds which can be joined together to form a 180cm bed, a bathroom with jet shower, a separate WC
- and above, a small mezzanine with a bed for a child under 10 years old

No Wi-Fi but good 5G coverage.
