Set on the banks of the Touvre River, this 16th century château offers elegant rooms and a 2-hectare garden. Guests are invited to relax in the outside hot tub or enjoy a relaxing massage treatment.

The spacious rooms are individually decorated in soft tones and feature parquet flooring and antique furniture. All offer views of the garden and some include a fireplace.

Breakfast is served every morning in Château de Maumont's breakfast area or in the comfort of the guest rooms. Evening meals are also available upon prior request.

Free parking is possible and the château is less than 7 km from the city of Angoulême and the Angoulême Train Station. Cognac can be reached by car in 50 minutes.

Please note that evening meals are only available for groups of at least 4 people and reservation should be made at least 1 week in advance.
