Pleasant little rural hamlet nestled in the middle of the hilly countryside, next to the town center of Moroges, a picturesque typical village perched on a hill at the foot of Mont Avril (culminating at 421 m), a protected natural site, offering sumptuous landscapes & a 360 ° panorama breathtaking at its summit.

Superb property steeped in history (former wine estate of which there is still a small vineyard) composed of two charming houses of character in the hollow of a vast enclosed wooded park of 3.5 ha, crossed by a stream (with ancient & rare trees: bald cypress trees of Lousiane, sequoia, ailantes ...), including a beautiful heated swimming pool with pool-house, an original "ginguette", a pétanque court & 100 m² of terrace.
