A few meters from the beach and the Breton coast, I offer you a unique and atypical guest room, a 75 m² loft studio-workshop.
He understands :
• on the ground floor: a large living room consisting of a living room, a dining area with a kitchenette area, a bathroom with WC and direct access to a private terrace on the garden side
• then upstairs, at the top of the mezzanine, you will have a double bedroom with access to a balcony
Its strong points:
- a spacious, atypical and warm place
- sufficient interior space to store all your equipment and various accessories (bike, golf bag, hiking equipment, etc.)
- provision of two bicycles, small fishing accessories for amateurs as well as beach equipment, picnic basket, etc.
- access to fine sandy beaches 150m away on foot and not far from the port of Argenton
- shops nearby (bakery, SPAR supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, hairdresser, decoration stores)
- passage of the GR34 nearby
- 18-hole golf course in Saint-Renan 15 minutes by car
Native to the region, I will be happy to inform you about good tips and places to discover in this pretty corner of paradise.
Also a lover of cooking, I offer to all gourmets wishing to discover our local products, my guest menu: seafood, smoked salmon and other rillettes.

"Très bon séjour"
Nous avons passé un très séjour chez Pascal :
Loft spacieux et lumineux, confortable, très calme. Accueil chaleureux avec les petites attentions, très bon petit déjeuner varié.
Plages et chemins de randonnée accessibles à pied depuis la maison.

Très bel endroit. Un accueil chaleureux de la part de Pascal qui nous a raconté l'histoire de sa famille. Nous avons découvert une famille d'artiste peintre. Merci beaucoup pour cet agréable moment. Je recommande cet endroit

Superbe endroit conservé dans le style atelier de peinture par un hôte très attentionné.
