Old Charente farmhouse from the beginning of the century, completely renovated with taste where the exposed stones and the beams have been preserved. The surrounding calm makes it a place of rest and tranquility.
Upon entering the house, the large hall opens to you, and the staircase gives you access to the sleeping area with these 3 spacious bedrooms, all with a shower room and a separate WC. A room on the ground floor is fitted out for people with reduced mobility and has its own private terrace.
Our house combines the old and the contemporary through furniture restored or diverted by Nadine. We make it our duty to be as eco-responsible as possible.
In the 56 m² dining room with its superb exposed and original beams, you can have a homemade breakfast or, weather permitting, on the terrace with a view of the garden.
After a long journey, or simply after an excursion, you will have the opportunity to have a coffee or tea in our relaxation area (free).
We recently acquired two quality Intex inflatable extra beds (191x99x51). The price varies according to the age of the person.
Our animal friends are accepted under certain conditions (presence of two small Chihuahuas) - See website
La Marsaisienne is ideally located 20 minutes from the Green Venice but also from Surgères with its TGV station. As for the Atlantic coast, it will take you less than 40 minutes to discover La Rochelle and Châtelaillon-plage, among others. For those who want to be entertained, Futuroscope is 1 hour away.

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Nadine et Jérémie qui nous ont fait visiter leur propriété décorée avec goût. Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec une très bonne literie et au calme. Petit déjeuner copieux avec les produits fait maison. Je recommande sans hésitation La Marsaisienne.

L'accueil est très agréable, la maison confortable et la chambre calme donnant sur le jardin où l'on peut s'installer pour bouquiner... mais il pleuvait 😅
