In our quiet villa, we offer you a 24 m² room with private terrace and parking space. This is the only room to rent, so you will be completely independent (separate entrance see photos)

Close to the city center and the shops of Lavandou, the house a little higher up will offer you a beautiful sea view directly over the Levant islands and Port-Cros (Golden Islands)

Your large bedroom is comfortable and bright. She understands :
- A large bed (160x200) - Optional additional rollaway bed for 1 Adult (30 euros per night)
- A dressing room
- A bathroom + WC,
- Reversible air conditioning
- A fridge + a tea/coffee maker
- WiFi access (*)
- An office area with a chair
- Plenty of storage space available for your suitcases and clothes.

In the room and in the adjacent gallery, you can discover the paintings of your host Tundiesse.

Included in the price, you will benefit from a breakfast with products of local and/or organic origin.

Our house offers an ideal location for many activities:
10-15 min walk from the long crystal clear beaches of Lavandou. You can also easily reach the beaches of Bormes les mimosas to the east or the superb Coves of St Clair and La Fossette to the west

The coastal path, like the cycle paths, will give you every opportunity to discover the most beautiful sites on the Côte d'Azur.

And to return to the Land side: from our villa, a small hiking trail will take you directly to the listed village of Bormes les Mimosas, perched in the Maures massif, one of the most beautiful flower villages in France.

For rental all year round and for any duration, we will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
