The 2 guest rooms with individual air conditioning, and individual and private bathroom, are located in a villa with a private swimming pool, in a very quiet area while being, 3 minutes by car from the sea, 2 minutes from the center -city, in the immediate vicinity of the Hyper U shopping center in Agde, and 5 minutes by car from Cap d'Agde.
There is a small summer kitchen in front of the swimming pool for light cooking.
Secure access (beach, town center, shops) by bike or pedestrian via cycle path from the house.
Access to a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the house.
You can park your car, bicycle or motorcycle in front of the gate or in the enclosed courtyard of the house in complete safety.
If you do not have breakfast, there is a discount of 9 euros/person/day.
Organic breakfast included:
: 4 toasts, organic butter, homemade organic jam with fruits from the garden (apricots, figs, oranges)

"Avis mitigés"
Une télévision dans la chambre ainsi qu une ptite armoire serait nécessaire pour le rangement... ptit déjeuner limité (viennoiserie yaourt ou fruit aurait été un plus) ces détails n enlèvent en rien la gentillesse et la serviabilité des propriétaires

"Séjour correct"
Madame est très accueillante nous avons passé une bonne nuit peut être petit déjeuner a évoluer un bol de café et un peu plus de baguette ou viennoiseries. je recommandé.

"Bonne chambre d'hotes"
Hotes trés accueillants, trés à notre écoute et trés disponibles. Nous ont fournis un plan de la ville et des commentaires sur les restaurants du secteur.
