Maintenance is provided by us at the end of your stay.

OUTDOOR SPACE: A pretty private garden equipped with outdoor furniture for relaxing.
BEDROOM SPACE: Quality bedding (duvet, pillows) 160x200 QUEENSIZE with memory foam mattress topper, bed linen, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Bed made upon your arrival.
LIVING AREA: Armchairs, table, chairs, 56 cm LCD flat screen TV with 18 channels.
BATHROOM: Italian shower, marble sink, toilet. Equipment: hairdryer and bathroom linen (bath sheets, towels, bath mats and welcome products).
KITCHEN ROOM: Equipped with sink, oven and microwave, fridge freezer, extractor hood, ceramic hob, as well as coffee maker, toaster, kettle and quality crockery.
CLOSED PARKING for a passenger vehicle

- Jacuzzi in the property's garden by reservation and at an additional cost
- Babysitting: €20 per hour
- Cleaning: €15 per hour

They are equipped with a very practical kitchenette for warming up a drink, a dish, a bottle, as well as preparing a picnic, having a cold drink, etc.
