Enjoy a 66 m² apartment by the sea, with the beach just 100 meters away on foot and 10 minutes from the center of Saint-François. Located in a magnificent tropical garden, the residence offers a quiet environment on the edge of the beach and has two swimming pools, including one for children.

You will benefit from a high-speed fiber internet connection provided by Orange, accompanied by 85 television channels.
Our apartment, perfectly equipped, will delight you with its fitted kitchen which opens onto a large covered and ventilated terrace. From here, you can enjoy a view of the sea and the swimming pool while enjoying your meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker and toaster.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a 100 cm LED television and wifi access. You will also find plenty of storage space. The air-conditioned bedroom has a closet and a 160x200 shape memory Bultex mattress for optimal comfort. Sheets, hand and beach towels as well as tea towels are provided.

For your comfort, the apartment is also equipped with a water reserve in case of water cuts. It includes a private parking space. Small Yorkshire-type dogs, under 5kg, are accepted.

At the entrance of the residence, you will find a small local shopping center offering a bakery, a grocery store, a pizzeria, a restaurant on the beach, a hairdresser and a spa. Everything you need for a dream vacation.

A 30% deposit will be required to confirm the reservation. On your arrival, a contribution of 60 euros for cleaning costs and maintenance of household linen will be requested.
The minimum rental period is 7 nights, based on two people. For stays of 4 weeks or more, a 10% discount is applied.
Arrivals and departures can be made any day of the week. ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted.
