On the 1st floor of a small building, not overlooked, in a quiet street leading to the "Remblai" of Sables d'Olonne, the apartment is bright and offers a side sea view.
It is composed of an entrance + cupboard, shower room + Wc, living room + sofa convertible into a double bed, TV, very well equipped kitchen area, Mezzanine under ramp lit by a Velux window, with 160 bed and storage.
There is no parking but we can tell you about free parking 10 or 15 minutes away. Then enjoy your accommodation, you can do everything on foot. Halles, Carrefour City, Arago market, bars and restaurants at the Port, alleys of the old town are less than 10 minutes away.
