Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 30 € per person and for the stay if they sleep in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries a EUR 25 surcharge. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Please note that guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they must provide a signed authorization form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request.

Only temporary reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, as they are temporary rentals. Please, keep in mind that this house IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract at the time of arrival. This contract respects in all its clauses the conditions of the reservation that you will make and does not imply any additional responsibility to the terms and conditions of your Booking.com reservation.

For reservations of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas consumption would be borne by of the guest.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
